14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with PrivacyScrubber PRO or TEAMS for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligible Refunds
- Requests made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- All PRO lifetime purchases and TEAMS subscription first payments
- Technical issues that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours
- Duplicate charges or accidental purchases
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
- Ongoing TEAMS subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with the following information:

Include: Your PayPal email and reason for refund (optional)
We aim to respond within 24 hours and process all approved refunds within 5–7 business days via PayPal.
TEAMS Subscription Cancellation
TEAMS subscribers can cancel their recurring subscription at any time through PayPal's subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription cancellations.
