Effective Date: January 1, 2024
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PrivacyScrubber for the software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
1. Grant of License
PrivacyScrubber grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes (for the Free Tier) or commercial purposes (for PRO, TEAMS, and ENTERPRISE tiers) strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Description of Other Rights and Limitations
- Maintenance of Copyright Notices: You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
- Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
- Prohibition on Redistribution: The TEAMS and ENTERPRISE cryptographic session handoff mechanisms are for internal organizational use only. Reselling or distributing access links outside your organization is strictly prohibited.
3. Zero-Trust Data Architecture
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT operates entirely within your local computing environment. PrivacyScrubber has no technical capability to access, monitor, extract, or backup the data you process. As a result, you bear total responsibility for the data entered into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
